Zent-001 is an oral, once-daily kinase inhibitor taken at home. It targets WEE1 kinase, a key regulator of cell-cycle progression that cancer cells depend on to survive and divide.

About clinical trials
Trials use a companion diagnostic to identify biomarker-positive patients whose tumors carry Cyclin E1 amplification — pairing each person with the therapy most relevant to their disease biology.

A small sample of your tumor tissue is tested for Cyclin E1 amplification. The result helps the study team determine whether the trial is a potential match for you.
Yes. Participation is entirely voluntary. You may leave a trial at any time, for any reason, without affecting your other medical care.
