Before joining Zentia, he served as chief executive of a precision medicine biotech and led global development teams that delivered multiple approvals in solid tumors. He is a board member of two life-sciences companies and a frequent advocate for bringing biomarker-driven care to underserved patient communities.

Rema is a translational scientist whose work in cell-cycle biology shaped the field of WEE1 inhibition. She led the research team that discovered and optimized Zentia’s lead therapy, and her laboratory insights continue to inform every candidate in the pipeline. Author of more than 120 peer-reviewed publications, she previously held discovery leadership roles at two of the world’s largest oncology research organizations.

Edwin is a physician-scientist specializing in gynecologic oncology, with more than 15 years leading global clinical development. She has guided programs from first-in-human through registration-intent Phase 3 trials, building international investigator networks along the way. A former academic investigator, she is recognized for designing patient-centered trials that prioritize both rigor and quality of life.

James is a finance executive who has helped scale public and private biotechs through registration and launch milestones. Over his career he has raised more than $2 billion across public offerings, credit facilities and partnerships, with deep experience in corporate strategy, investor relations and M&A. He previously served as chief financial officer of a publicly traded oncology company.

James leads operations and global infrastructure, overseeing trial sites, manufacturing partnerships and the teams that keep late-stage programs moving. He has built study networks across three continents and driven the operational discipline behind multiple successful filings. Earlier in his career he held program leadership roles in clinical operations at large pharmaceutical companies.

Nia is a former clinical investigator who now leads medical affairs, physician education and patient engagement. She has built medical information platforms used by thousands of oncology providers and helped shape policy around investigational therapies. She works closely with patient advocacy organizations to ensure the patient voice stays central to everything Zentia does.
